The RTI is fully implements in the Department and following Officers has been appointed as First Appellant Authority and CPIOs and PIOs.

Public information Officers and First Appellant Authority:

Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of RTI Act-Submission of Quarterly Return and Annual Return for the Year 2023-24.

Nomination of First Appellate Authority and Central Public Information Officers in the Geology and Mining Department.

Monitoring and reporting on the Implementation of RTI Act-Submission of Half quarterly report w.e.f First July, 2023 to 31 December 2023.

• Central Public Information Officer/First Appellate Authorities Under Right To Information Act 2005.

• Property Statements of Gazetted Officer.

• Monitoring and Reporting of the implementation of the RTI Act, submission of annual returns for the year 2020-21.
